Construct a tree from a taxonomy.
- Parameters:
- lineage_mapdict, iterable of tuples, or pd.DataFrame
Mapping of taxon IDs to lineages (iterables of taxonomic units from high to low in ranking).
- Returns:
- TreeNode
The constructed taxonomy.
